Laurel is a firecracker when out and about but the biggest cuddle bug when inside on the couch! She is agile, with lots of drive. Laurel accompanied me to an obedience seminare when she was 23 weeks old and no one believed me when I told them that she was 23 weeks since I had her nearly trained to the open obedience level! She posseses beauty and brains and is the complete package. I never showed Laurel due to her being on the high end of the bitch standard (she is 21 inches), not likeing the ring (she preffered the field or couch) and she would try to heel with me, head up at every class i took her too which is not good for her movement in the ring. This brings me to her movement, she moves beautifuly and has lovely angles a long neck, long tail and smooth effortless movement. She is 100% working lines! :) Laurel produced one outstanding litter for us in 2011 to Parker, one girl named Lilu made her way to Poland and a boy stayed with us on a co-ownership to carry on her genes, Samson! She REALLY stamps her pups with herself, I was so excited to see her pass on all her strong qualities. She was bred to Parker and really fixed his main faults, Samson is 21 inches at 7 mos, and Parker added some needed flash and `pretty` to her. She throws beautiful angles and legs under her pups, and a TON of bone!!! They are all big strong dogs that move effortlessly and I am extremly pleased with them. I keep having very strong urges to repeat the litter and keep a bitch for myself! ;) Laurel is currently "retired" will will live out the rest of her life with me, hopefully we can do some herding soon! :)   TITLED OFFSPRING |
